Denial of Unauthorized Collecting of Email Addresses
Please note that e-mail addresses posted on this website are refused to be collected without permission using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices, and that violations will be criminalized under the Information and Communication Network Act.
A person who collects, sells, or distributes e-mails without permission using technical devices shall be fined up to 10 million won under Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion and Information Protection.
Article 50-2 of the Information and Communication Network Act (No unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses)
No one shall collect an e-mail address using a program or other technical device that automatically collects an e-mail address from an Internet homepage where the intention to refuse to collect the e-mail address is specified.
No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph (1).
No one shall use this address for information transmission knowing that it is an e-mail address prohibited from being collected, sold and distributed pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2).
